The Invicta 5017 was made for someone who doesn’t want to worry about his watch getting damaged. This watch was made by Invicta and is part of their Pro Diver series. While simple, the watch appeals to someone who doesn’t want to be a show off and desires it for practical usage.
As well as being very stylish, this watch is also quite practical and is very easy to read. The watch band is made out of polished steel giving it that clean look and durability. The bezel is black with clearly printed numbers. These numbers are the one of the only flawed features of the watch mostly because of how they stand out in comparison to the rest of the watch.
Still despite this minor detail the rest of that watch is still of exquisite quality and is the perfect watch for anyone who enjoys extreme sports. Other noteworthy features are its date which takes place of the 3, and the fact that is is water resistance up to 200 meters.

I was looking for a cheap watch as a gift to someone. I ran into this Invicta brand. I wasn’t expecting anything since it’s really cheap.
When it arrived, I had to admit that I actually liked it. It’s well built, heavy and look quite nice for its price range.I own a bunch of high-end watches like Blancpain (over $10k price tag), Rolex, Omega, Concord and a few mid-range brand like Hamilton and Armand Nicolet. So, I have a pretty good idea of how expensive watches would look/feel.
Of cause, you can’t compare Invicta to other luxury brands. But for its price. It’s a nice watch.
If you looking for a cheap watch that looks better than what you pay for, this is the brand.
If you are looking for a luxury watch, forget about it.I give it 4 stars because it’s not an expensive luxury watch.

- No Diver’s extension clasp
It is safe to say that the Invicta 5017 Pro Diver with its stainless steel and its ability to resist water up to 200 meters will be safe no matter what you put it up against. It’s a fantastic looking watch that keeps time very well with the swiss-quartz movement.
The materials used to construct the watch are first class and although it may seem a bit heavy, I often think this is a sign of quality. Seiko are often considered entry level watches, but I think they are of great quality and have much to be proud of.
