Bulova 96G55 Customer Comments:
“I gave this watch as a gift to my father and he totally loved it. It looked awesome, nothing scratched up, it was large on his wrist so it didn’t look too small on his wrist.
The watch looked masculine and is all stainless.
I think I’m going to buy the watch for myself.”
Bulova 96G55 Summary:
Overall most of the people who buy the Bulova 96G55 are very happy with their choice. One of the bad things about the watch is the dial which is made out of mineral material. The better watches use sapphire dials which are near impossible to scratch. While mineral is still very tough and will resist most of the scratches, it’s just not as good.
This might be a big deal to someone who bangs their watch around a bit, but if it’s just casual places that you want to wear your watch, you should be fine.
The chronograph functions work well and are easy to figure out and use. The band and watch itself are very comfortable, the weight makes the watch feel substantial on your wrist. The visiblity on the watch is great with the white markers offsetting the black dial well.
The watch clasp is fairly secure and strong, it has a safety button. The Japanese-quartz movement is very reliable and accurate and the bezel is smooth and easy to turn. All in all, it’s a great looking watch at a great price if you buy online. Retail though might be a different story…
Why go through the hassle and expense of buying retail? It’s so much easier to have the watch delivered to you, packaged and ready. All you need to do is click a few times and you’ll save heaps of money! Most people buy the Bulova 96G55 through this link because it’s so cheap!
